I made this cake as a prize for a raffle held in aid of the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity

Made for an 18th birthday this cake consisted of two chocolate sponges covered with chocolate fondant and milk chocolate that had an edible transfer applied to it. It was finished with hand made chocolates

I made this cake for our Jubilee street party in 2012 to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. The cake itself was a Victoria sandwich sponge with jam and butter icing inside and covered with fondant icing. The Union Jack pattern was made by cutting lots of tiny red, white and blue, hearts, leaves and flowers out of fondant and sticking them on to the cake in the Union flag pattern
